Nutrition
As well as training and playing games, we try to encourage our players to maintain a healthy balanced diet.
The nutritional needs of footballers differ depending on level of participation but regardless, what you put into your body will determine what you can expect to get out of it.
It is your responsibility to control what and how much you eat and drink, but we recommend that you enjoy a varied balanced diet that will help you maintain a healthy weight, that when combined with regular training sessions, will see you in the best possible shape come match day. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a treat, just try not to go overboard!
Some useful tips
* Don’t skip breakfast
